PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accomodate businesses by accepting several methods of payment:

  1. Credit Cards: We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards with no surcharge.
  2. Checks1: If you prefer to pay by check, select that method of payment when you checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for checks to clear.
  3. Wire transfers: We accept wire transfers for orders over $2500. Please select Phone Orders when you check out and call 866-661-6685 so we can provide you with our bank information.
  4. Open Accounts: Net 30 day terms are available to qualified corporate, educational and government companies. Select Purchase Orders at checkout and fill out our Credit Application, Credit/Debit Authorization Form and fax them both to 949-261-5556.
  5. Leasing: We are proud to be able to offer our corporate customers leasing for all orders that total greater than $1,000. Please see our Leasing Section for details. Leasing is a great alternative for larger purchases or when you would rather use your cash, line of credit or credit cards for something else.

1A $20.00 administration fee will be charged on all returned checks. Due to the high cost associated with C.O.D. orders, we do not accept that method of payment. We are taking this step to maintain our ability to offer our customers the most competitive prices available. Applicable sales tax will be added to California state orders.

Please Note: For Invoices that have Net Terms, the Invoice Amount reflects the Wire Transfer/Check/ Net Terms discounted price. If you later decide to use an approved credit card, the discount will be eliminated and shall revert to 103% of the Invoice Amount.
